Bridport Men’s Walk

Informal walks led by Rob & Jon in Bridport and the surrounding countryside. 

At 2pm every Tuesday, a men’s walking group (the MENtal Health Walking Group) meets at the shelter on St Mary’s Playing field, just over the river from Bridport’s Bowling Club.

Coming along is a great way to look after both mind and body. Being out in nature brings great benefits to your mental health.

Bridport Men’s Wellness Group

The Bridport Men's Wellness Group meets every other Monday from 19:30-21:30 and is open to men of all ages. This is a safe space to talk about things that you might not otherwise feel comfortable saying.

This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month, from 16:30-17:30.

Axminster and Lyme Regis Men’s Pie and Pint / Blokes Brunch

Axminster and Lyme Cancer support hold regular events for men affected by cancer, including a pie and pint and a bloke’s brunch.

Andy’s Man Club – Dorchester

Andy's Man Club is a UK charitable organisation that coordinates weekly peer-to-peer support groups for men. It aims to help and improve mental health in men through self-help peer-to-peer interaction.

When: Every Monday at 7pm exc. Bank holidays.

Location: Rifles army reserve, Poundbury Road, Dorchester, DT1 1TA

Only for Blokes Club – Beaminster

If you feel isolated, lonely, anxious or simply enjoy the company of others, come along to meet the team, have a coffee, play games and chat.

When: Every Tuesday at Prout Bridge between 10:00-12:00 (during term time).
