Lyme Regis – Health and Wellbeing Drop-In and Yoga and Breathwork Taster Session

Drop-in event with support for unpaid carers and all ages.
Meet the Jurassic Coast PCN Social Prescribing Team and local organisations.
A free seated yoga and breathwork session with Judith Davis, designed for all abilities. Learn simple techniques to reduce stress and improve wellbeing.

Toller Porcorum – Health and Wellbeing Drop-In (Maiden Newton Area)

Drop-in event with support for unpaid carers and all ages.
Meet the Jurassic Coast PCN Social Prescribing Team and local organisations.

Includes:

• Blood pressure checks

• Diabetes and dietitian advice

• Dementia support

• Help with NHS apps (Digital Champion)

• Local health walk information

Beaminster – Carers Drop-In Event
