Join the West Dorset Community for a Day of Wellness in Lyme Regis

The Jurassic Coast PCN invite West Dorset residents to a Drop-in Wellbeing Event at Woodmead Halls on Friday December 6th, 10:30am to 2pm, hosting a variety of stands, demos and activities celebrating community health and wellness. No booking required. All welcome.

Activities:

Pharmacy Team

How to get the most out of your medication with the PCN Pharmacy Team, including using the BP@Home phone app for hypertension management.

Tech Assistance

Ask your Digital Care Coordinator what digital help and support is available for patients in West Dorset, including accessing the NHS App and other health apps.

Social Prescribing Team

Non-clinical health and wellbeing resources. What support is available in your neighbourhood for your health and wellbeing. Resources for carers and their cared for person.

Café Area

Refreshments and socialising. Share a tea or coffee in a relaxed setting with a friendly team of professionals.

Dementia Bus

Immersive dementia awareness sessions. Experience how a person living with dementia may feel, with a Virtual Dementia Tour.

Blood Pressure Checks

Walk-in blood pressure checks available throughout the event.
