Join the Jurassic Coast PCN for the Forget Me Not Fiesta on Saturday 27th September, 10:30am to 2:30pm at the Bridport Youth & Community Centre. This free community event brings together music, activities, and local support services for everyone. No booking required — just drop in!

Live Performances

Enjoy choir performances throughout the day and take part in the Big Sing for Dementia at 1pm.

Virtual Dementia Experience Bus

Step aboard an immersive experience to better understand what it’s like to live with dementia.

Social Prescribing Team

Have a friendly chat about wellbeing, mood, self-care, managing long-term conditions, and local support available.

Exercise Demos

Get moving with demonstrations from Tripudio, focusing on gentle exercise and wellbeing.

Café Area

Enjoy refreshments provided by Bridport Food Matters and connect with the local community.

Blood Pressure Checks

Free walk-in blood pressure checks available, provided by the Jurassic Coast PCN team.
