The Jurassic Coast PCN invite West Dorset residents to a Drop-in Blood Pressure Clinic at Bridport medical Centre on Tuesday September 2nd, 4:30pm to 6pm. No booking required. All welcome.

Tech Assistance

Ask your Digital Care Coordinator what digital help and support is available for patients in West Dorset, including accessing the NHS App and other health apps.

Social Prescribing Team

Non-clinical health and wellbeing resources. What support is available in your neighbourhood for your health and wellbeing. Resources for carers and their cared for person.

Blood Pressure Checks

Walk-in blood pressure checks available throughout the event.
