Emergency help

If you or someone else is in immediate danger due to a mental health crisis—such as feeling at risk of harming yourself or others—call 999 for emergency help. If it’s not an emergency but you need urgent mental health support, you can call NHS 111 to speak to someone who can help you get the right care. Both services are available 24/7.
