Steps2Wellbeing (NHS Service)

Steps2Wellbeing is the NHS-provided talking therapy service in Dorset and offers relationship counselling free of charge. This service is particularly beneficial for couples whose relationship is affected by low mood or depression, whether in one or both partners.

Your Social Prescriber can refer you to this service, but you can also self-refer using the details below.

Private Counsellors

There are many private counsellors available who offer relationship counselling. A useful resource for finding accredited professionals is the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) directory. This allows you to search by location, specialism, and type of service. All counsellors listed are BACP-accredited.
