Pain Management Workshop
We are running a workshop for those living with chronic pain such as Fibromyalgia at Bridport Medical Centre on the 27th of September between 2pm to 3:30pm.
Bob Rea, Specialist Pain Nurse, from the Dorset Pain Management Service will give an overview of why pain occurs and the varied symptoms it may cause. With tips on what you can do to help yourself, and how the pain management service may be able to support you, this is one not to miss.
There will be plenty of time at the end to ask questions and some information available to take home offering self help strategies.
For more information contact the Social Prescribing Team on 01308 428943 or contact us via secure online form.
To book your place you can use the link in the text you received or contact the Social Prescribing Team on the details above.
We have limited numbers so will operate on a first come first serve basis, we do hope to run the same sessions in the future too.
