Drop-in Blood Pressure Readings and NHS App Support

The Jurassic Coast PCN are inviting West Dorset residents (in and around Beaminster) to our drop-in sessions at Yarn Barton Community Centre on Fleet Street, Beaminster on Tuesday 24th September, 1:30pm to 4:30pm, to have your blood pressure readings taken by one of Pharmacy Team and/or to get help with the HNS App login and other digital health apps by the local volunteer Digital Champion and the PCN's Digital Care Cooridinator and . No booking required. All welcome.

Around 1/3 of adults have high blood pressure and are unaware!
It often has no noticeable symptoms and if left untreated may lead to heart disease, heart attack, vascular dementia or stroke.
The only way to know for sure is to get your BP checked!
Digital Help for patients
There will also be members of our team available to help you with the NHS App and other health based digital support. Please bring a form of photo ID with you.
