Drop-in Blood Pressure Readings

Join the Pharmacy Team and Social Prescribing Team for a quick health check-in

The Jurassic Coast PCN are inviting West Dorset residents (in and around Beaminster) to our drop-in session at Yarn Barton Community Centre on Fleet Street, Beaminster on Friday 6th February , 2pm to 4pm, to have your blood pressure readings taken by one of Pharmacy Team. No booking required. All welcome.

Blood pressure testing 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Early closure may be necessary if attendance reaches capacity.

Around 1/3 of adults have high blood pressure and are unaware!

It often has no noticeable symptoms and if left untreated may lead to heart disease, heart attack, vascular dementia or stroke.

The only way to know for sure is to get your BP checked!
