Ethos
Jurassic Coast PCN is a fast-paced, vibrant and caring place to work. We strongly believe that in order to work effectively, staff wellbeing is of paramount importance, and this ethos is central to the way we work.
Running through the heart of everything we do is the drive to provide a consistent level of high-quality service to our patients, members, and stakeholders. In order to do this across rural West Dorset, we operate from several 'hubs' within the network, bringing variety to the working day and ensuring equal access to PCN services for all.

Read below what some of our employees say about working for the PCN:
"Working for Jurassic Coast PCN has given me the opportunity to really feel that I’m making a difference to people living locally. I feel incredibly fortunate that I’m able to support patients with personalised care as a part of a fantastic team within a very supportive wider organisation." – Sarah Mcnulty, Lead Social Prescriber
"Working for a progressive and ever expanding PCN is great, it is very rewarding to see what difference each team is making to patient care in West Dorset. The team are all fantastic colleagues too and the location isn’t bad either." – Will Slocombe-Morency Digital Care Coordinator
"Working for a innovative and friendly PCN along the stunning Jurassic Coast, what more is there to love?!" – Alex Hawker, Clinical Pharmacist
